To maximize slaes of Cheese Corn, be suer to include White Cheddar. To prepare, melt Cheddar Easy in a typical water bath food warmer. Then, measure about two cups of the melted liquid onto a five-gallon measure of popped corn and either tumble or mix in the Cheddar Easy machine (or the Corn Treat Cooker Mixer if it's cool enough). There is real Cheddar Cheese in Gold Medal White Cheddar Easy.

Deluxe Cheddar Easy 30 lb. Tub (#2390)

For Cheese Corn with the most Cheddar Cheese taste, try our Deluxe Cheddar Easy. It's prepared the same way as the #2391 at the left.

An alternate method is to use two scoops from the pail into a warm Corn Treat Centre during the cool down. Add 5 gallons of regular popped corn and mix with the heat off until it's evenly coated. No need to melt the cheese first, just work fast so you don't burn the cheese.

Cheddar Easy Mixing Machine (#2347)

Simply put a 5 gallon measure of freshly popped popcorn in the bowl - turn the motor on and then add about 14 oz. of slightly warmed Cheddar Easy over the corn as the paddle rotates. In about two minutes it's evenly coated.

Three-Way Popcorn

Have you ever received a gift tin of popcorn with three flavours separated by a cardboard divider? If so, at least 75% of us pull out the cardboard and create a "three-way" popcorn. In many shops they offer it this way - you can, too! Simply mix equal parts of Regular Popcorn, Caramel Corn and Cheddar Cheese Popcorn made the Cheddar Easy way. This is a gold mine. "Chicago Style." Go for it!

Chicago Style 3 Way

Chicago Three-Way starts with great tasting Caramel Corn exactly like you make in the Corn Treat Mixer. It continues with the best flavoured Cheddar Cheese Popcorn.
Now add great tasting regular corn popped in oil with a good butter flavour - Flavacol Seasoning Salt.
It's important to use our extra-tender, medium kernel corn for best results.
The gold mine here is one-third regular Caramel, one-third Cheddar Cheese and one-third regular Popcorn. Mix in a bag, box or cup a little bit out of each Servalot shown right. Or in a gift tin, you can use the three way cardboard separator.
