Mom's Home Style Fudge
Mix
Chocolate (#2505)
Vanilla (#2506)
Mom's
Home Style Fudge is easier than ever before. Use 8 cups of Mom's Home
Style Fudge Mix, plus a stick of butter and 4 oz. of water. Cook to 160°
- that's when the mixture starts to "glisten" or look shiny.
Pour it into your cooling pan and repeat the process. You can be in the
fresh-made fudge business with a minimal investment. You'll make a great
tasting Chocolate or Vanilla Fudge.
Both flavours come in 25 lb. bulk Bag-in-a-Box.

Combo Kandy King (#2182EL)
The Combo Kandy King is a perfect machine to make perfect
caramel corn on frosted nuts batch after batch. Because parts of the machine
are very HOT, you do not switch back and forth.
Why buy a Combo Kandy King? Simple! At an arena or auditorium, certain
events bring the caramel corn crowd, at other events the frosted nuts
will sell better. At an airport, you can sell both. The movei Theatre
matinee crowd may lean towards caramel corn and the more sophistaced evening
crowd goes for the frosted almonds.
Pedestal mounts are 10.25" x 14" (26 x 35 cm), 3380 Watts, 230
Volts, 50/50Hz. Don't forget to order at least one #2166
Cooling Pan when you switch to Caramel Corn.
