Premier Flavacol® (#2500)

Premier Flavacol® contains a heat stable Riboflavin for colour - use if your popcorn containers do not mention Yellow #5 and #6 colours. Riboflavin is expensive, but it does not fade like Annatto and Tueric, which are used by some producers.

Mushroom Kernel Corn is perfect for making Caramel Corn or Kettle Corn by the "canoe" paddle method. The kernel is harder and will not break up as easily as more tender kernels.
