This inexpensive workhorse of a gas popper is ideal for special events, community celebrations, river fests and other locations where electricity is difficult to find.

Gas/Electric Stoves for Caramel Corn

The hand mix or "canoe paddle" method of making Caramel Corn is hard work, it takes skill and it's slow. But, some people still prefer to make it this way. So, we make great Caramel Corn Stoves. The kettles are all a work of art.

Use our concentrated mix in the copper kettle method, you'll end up with great tasting Caramel Corn. It takes about 30 to 35 minutes per batch in a copper kettle, slightly less in aluminium.

The gas stove is not AGA approved and, therefore is not offered for operation in indoors installations.

The kettle, plus the handle requires 23" (58 cm).

Shown here is the "Midway" model Kettle Corn maker. This "go anywhere" unit is heated by LP gas and stirred by hand. The ingredients are added during the cooking process.

Caution: Once the corn starts popping, it pops out everywhere. Operators ofter wear a transparent full face mask. A long-sleeved shirt is a requirement for all operators - white canvas gloves look nicer than leather gloves with big cuffs - but the latter are safer.
