Concession Smoothies

Smoothies are one of the hottest frozen beverages being offered today. A Smoothie is a blend of yoghurt and fresh fruit. "Concession" Smoothies start with Gold Medal #1216 Smoothie'O Mix. Add 30 oz. pouch and water to make one gallon. Use about an 8 oz. per drink, plus two cups of ice and fruit. Blend in the #1220 Smoothie'O Blender - serve in a 20 oz. cup. Use the two to four oz. left over as "samplers" to help create even more sales.

All Smoothie'O mixes are packed six 30 oz. bags per case.
